The mission of the Mid-Del Food Pantry is to bring help and hope to hungry residents of eastern Oklahoma County by providing safe and nutritious food during difficult times.

The Mid-Del Food Pantry was organized in 1984 because of the need that was identified by several churches. The pantry is a 501(c)3 organization and is totally funded from donations.
The Mid-Del Food pantry is an independent organization, but is supported by many churches, civic groups and individuals.
Mike Anderson is the Director of the Food Pantry and oversees all day to day operations of the pantry. Bonnie Waldrop is the Assistant Director. All other workers at the pantry are volunteers.
The Board of Directors consists of 13 volunteer members and the Director.
